About the event
Come spend the afternoon with us on the farm for our Beef Breakdown seminar—a taste-it-for-yourself experience where you’ll sample three types of beef, each raised in a different way.
You’ll taste:
Grass-finished beef (raised on our farm)
Grain-finished beef (raised on our farm)
Store-bought CAFO beef (yep, the grocery store kind)
We'll talk about what all those labels really mean, how each method impacts flavor, nutrition, animal welfare, and the environment—and help you decide which beef is best for you and your family.
