Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Herd Farm Membership! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully so you know exactly how your membership works.

Membership Details

​

• Cost: $125 per month, automatically drafted from your account every month based on the day you signed up. Example: you signed up on April 27th, your next billing date is May 27th.
   

• Credit: Each month, your $125 payment is applied as online store credit to your Edwards Family Farms account.
   

• Rollover: Unused credit rolls over to the next month and never expires as long as your membership is active.
   

• Non-Transferrable: Credits and discounts apply only to the member’s online account and cannot be transferred or shared.
   

• Product Pricing: Product prices may change over time, but your monthly subscription fee remains the same as long as your membership is active.

Member Perks

​

• Exclusive Discounts: Members receive 5% off all online products, excluding bulk meat shares, workshops, and seminars.
   

• First Access: Members get priority access to popular items such as steaks, chicken breasts, tenders, and specialty sausages (like jalapeño cheddarwursts).
   

• Early Notifications: Be the first to know when new or back-in-stock items (like chicken broth, pork lard, or seasonal sausage flavors) become available.

Billing & Payments

​

• Payments are processed automatically each month on your membership draft date.
   

• If your payment is declined, your membership credits will be paused until the issue is resolved.

Skips & Cancellations

​

• You may skip a month or cancel anytime with at least 4 days’ notice before your next draft date.
   

• Only 6 skips allotments allowed per year.
   

• Your membership rate is locked in as long as your membership is active, even if you skip a month.
   

• If you cancel and decide to re-join later, you will re-join at the current posted rate (not your previous rate).
   

• Cancellations must be submitted through your online account or by contacting Edwards Family Farms directly.
   

• Any unused credit at the time of cancellation will remain on your account for future purchases, but membership perks (discounts, early access, etc.) will end immediately.

Exclusions & Limitations

​

• Discounts or store credit do not apply to custom meat shares, farm events, workshops, or seminars.
   

• Edwards Family Farms reserves the right to update available products, perks, or exclusions at any time.

By signing up for The Herd Farm Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
