Stacie didn’t set out to be a farmer—but after learning more about our broken food system, she knew something had to change. What started as a desire to feed her family better meat turned into Edwards Family Farms, a regenerative farm in Nebo, NC, producing high-quality pasture-raised chicken, pork, and beef. Now, she’s on a mission to give other families that same peace of mind—knowing exactly where their food comes from and who raised it.
